Melinda's Wheat Bread

12 cups whole wheat flour
2 heaping TBSP yeast
4 tsp salt
3/4 cup gluten
Dash citric Acid
Dash ginger
4 cups warm water
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp soy lecithin
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar

Knead/mix for 10 minutes
Part into 4 loaves
Let rise
Cook 30 min 350 degrees
