Homemade Ramen

4 cups chicken broth

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 Tbsp Sriracha

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1 Tbsp ginger, finally minced

3 cloves of garlic, finely minced

2 packages ramen, discard the flavor packets

2 large eggs

Optional garnish: 

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1/4 cup green onions thinly sliced


Add the chicken broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to a large pot of medium heat. Bring to a simmer. Add in the noodles. Boil for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve in a bowl
