Protein Mayo

 What you need:

3 boiled eggs

2 tbsp olive oil

1/3 cup water

2 tsp vinegar 

1 tsp salt


How to make it:

1. Blend all ingredients & enjoy!


Pro tip: Add 1/3 cup cottage cheese to get rid of the slight egginess you might notice in the taste 👍
