Healthy Version. It's really hard to mimic Ranch, but this turned out yummy, even if it doesn't taste like Cafe Rio. :)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp dried Parsley
3/4 tsp dried dill weed
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp dried chives
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C chopped cilantro
1/4 C green salsa (La Victoria Salsa Verde)
1 Cup Vegenaisse (or mayo)
1/2 Cup Buttermilk (or regular milk, or nut milk)
1 lime, juiced
Blend all together. Refrigerate for a little while for seasonings to settle in.
