Crockpot Orange Chicken



2.5 lb cubed chicken

½ c cornstarch

Coat chicken in cornstarch and lightly brown in skillet, about 3 minutes.


18 oz orange marmalade

¾ c soy sauce

1 tsp minced ginger

1 T sesame oil

1 big scoop minced garlic

1 ½ T rice vinegar

Red pepper flakes

Mix together and pour over chicken in crockpot.


Cook on low for about 3 hours.

Serve over rice with sesame seeds and green onions.
