2 cups warm milk,
1 tbsp sugar,
1.5 tbsp yeast,
whisk,
sit 5 minutes,
1/4 cup honey,
1 egg,
1/4 cup melted butter,
2 tsp salt,
6 cups all purpose flour,
5 minutes electric to kneed,
then hand kneed,
put in greased bowl and cover place in warm area for 1.5 hours to double in size.
Separate into 2 greased loaf pans,
cover rise again for 30 minutes,
350 degree oven for approximately 25 minutes.
