Radish Chips

 Sliced radishes

Olive oil and seasoning

Air fryer: 9 min @ 370

Smoked Sausage, Potato, Cheese Casserole

 Sliced Smoked Sausage - 2 large

1 cup green peppers

1 cup red peppers

1 onion

1 can of cheddar cheese soup

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Garlic Powder

Pepper

1/2 heaping cup sour cream

Package of Ranch Seasoning

2 cups sharp cheddar

26 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns

Put in crockpot

2hrs on high

4 hrs on low

Breakfast Flan

8 eggs

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 stick of butter 

(optional add sweetener & vanilla)

in a blender, 

spray 8 by 8 pan 

bake @350 for 30 minutes (i had to go 40) 

allow to deflate and sprinkle cinnamon top with sugar free syrup,berries and whipped cream...reminds me of a flan texture with a french toast taste

Moon dough

 "A funn house activity! 1 cup corn starch and 1/2 cup conditioner makes MOON DOUGH!

It’s like play dough and slime combined. It's not sticky and super fun to play with. Tons of entertainment for $2 total!

Food coloring is optional. My kids chose purple and blue, and combined them for a tie dye effect. 💜💙"

Easy Breakfast Pie

Tortilla shell in a greased pie dish

 6 eggs

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup heavy cream

Salt Pepper

Spinach

Cubed Ham

Sprinkle with cheese, bacon, and cilantro

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes

Cream of Chicken Mix

 This cream of anything bulk mix can be used to make several different flavors.


Here's the base recipe

-4 cups powdered milk
-1 1/2 cups cornstarch or arrowroot powder
-1/2 cup chicken bouillon powder (check my reels for my homemade version of this!)
-4 tsp onion powder
-2 tsp dried basil
-1 tsp dried thyme
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp pepper

To make cream of anything

Over low heat Add 1 cup milk or water and 1/3 cup of dry mix, whisk until your mixture is smooth and thickened.

Need a different flavor?

Cream of broccoli - add 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
Cream of cheddar - add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Cream of chicken - add 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken breast
Cream of mushroom - add 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms
Cream of celery - add 1/2 cup finely diced celery

It really is that easy!

Keto Microwave PB Lava Cake

 What you need: 

1 egg

1/3 cup cottage cheese

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2-3 tbsp sweetener (I used allulose)

1 serving sugar free chocolate chips

Optional: 

1 tbsp Peanut butter 


How to make it: 

1. Blend all ingredients except the peanut butter & chocolate chips.

2. Pour into a greased dish. Stir in your chocolate chips.

3. Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes.

4. Drizzle your peanut butter on top and enjoy!

GF Microwave cake

 Found this 2 min microwave no flour recipe and thought I should share it with you.

1 egg

2 table spoon almond milk (any milk)

2 tea spoon peanut butter

2 table spoon cocoa powder

1 table spoon sweetener of your choice

1 tea spoon baking powder

Optional some vanilla extract

Whisk it all together then pour the mixture into a mug or the one I use in the picture. Put it in the microwave at maximum power (mine is 1000) for about 2 min. There you have your coffee desert in few min. I promise, you will make it again and again...I stay away from sweets, but once a week I get a treat

Air Fryer Radishes

 Whoever suggested radish air fried chips… I love you!! It takes just like a potato! I’m in heaven and I thought I hated radishes! Nothing but radish, a little olive oil and seasoning of your choice. Air fried for 9 minutes at 370.

Keto Pizza Crust

 I’ve made this crust SO MANY times during my keto journey. It never ceases to amaze me how it turns out perfect every time.

1 container grated Parmesan + 4 eggs. Mix.

Pour onto parchment lined baking sheet. Spread/shape with fork.

Bake 400° 15 minutes. Add sauce and toppings- bake 10 more minutes.

I mixed pizza sauce and SF BBQ for my sauce. I added leftover shredded chicken thighs from yesterday’s chicken taco salad. Topped with shredded Italian and sharp cheddar cheese.
