Keto Microwave PB Lava Cake

 What you need: 

1 egg

1/3 cup cottage cheese

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2-3 tbsp sweetener (I used allulose)

1 serving sugar free chocolate chips

Optional: 

1 tbsp Peanut butter 


How to make it: 

1. Blend all ingredients except the peanut butter & chocolate chips.

2. Pour into a greased dish. Stir in your chocolate chips.

3. Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes.

4. Drizzle your peanut butter on top and enjoy!
