This cream of anything bulk mix can be used to make several different flavors.
Here's the base recipe
-4 cups powdered milk
-1 1/2 cups cornstarch or arrowroot powder
-1/2 cup chicken bouillon powder (check my reels for my homemade version of this!)
-4 tsp onion powder
-2 tsp dried basil
-1 tsp dried thyme
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp pepper
To make cream of anything
Over low heat Add 1 cup milk or water and 1/3 cup of dry mix, whisk until your mixture is smooth and thickened.
Need a different flavor?
Cream of broccoli - add 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
Cream of cheddar - add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Cream of chicken - add 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken breast
Cream of mushroom - add 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms
Cream of celery - add 1/2 cup finely diced celery
It really is that easy!
