I’ve made this crust SO MANY times during my keto journey. It never ceases to amaze me how it turns out perfect every time.
1 container grated Parmesan + 4 eggs. Mix.
Pour onto parchment lined baking sheet. Spread/shape with fork.
Bake 400° 15 minutes. Add sauce and toppings- bake 10 more minutes.
I mixed pizza sauce and SF BBQ for my sauce. I added leftover shredded chicken thighs from yesterday’s chicken taco salad. Topped with shredded Italian and sharp cheddar cheese.
Yummmmmmm!
